We are hiring – Captain for private 40m Motor Yacht

We are seeking an experienced and professional Captain to lead the operations of a 40M private yacht. The ideal candidate has proven command experience, strong technical and leadership skills and a commitment to delivering a first-class yachting experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master 500GT
• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG1 (valid medical certificate)
• Proven experience as Captain on similar-sized yachts
• Strong leadership and crew-management abilities
• Excellent navigational and operational knowledge of Mediterranean waters
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe and professional navigation and operation of the vessel
• Complete oversight of all maintenance, systems and vessel readiness
• Leadership, training, and mentoring of the crew
• Ensuring consistent guest satisfaction, comfort, and service quality
• Full compliance with maritime regulations, safety procedures and operational protocols

Program & Itinerary:

• Private yacht (non-charter)
• Wintering in Cyprus, followed by cruising throughout Mediterranean waters for the upcoming season
